Independent operator Hotel La Tour invest in Birmingham City centre for its first venue. Birmingham’s newest hotel opened this week. The £24m development in Birmingham city centre has 174 bedrooms and suites, a restaurant and bar inspired by Michelin-starred Chef Marcus Wareing, coffee shop and dedicated conference and events floor.
